Odonation is an Odoo partner based in Karachi, Pakistan, providing Odoo consulting, implementation, customization, integration, migration, development, support, training, hosting and related ERP services. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Odonation.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it in any way, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, or interfering with its normal operation. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal, quotation or service agreement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement for that engagement takes precedence.
To deliver our services effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to systems and data, and appropriate approvals. Delays in these may affect delivery timelines.
Fees, payment schedules and any applicable taxes are set out in your engagement documents. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work or support.
Custom developments delivered to you become yours upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Odoo itself, together with its trademarks and standard modules, remains the property of its respective owner. Odonation retains rights to its own reusable tools, frameworks and know-how.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Odoo, cloud hosting providers and integration partners. We are not responsible for outages, changes or policies of those third parties, though we will act reasonably to help resolve related issues.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odonation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant agreement. On termination, you agree to pay for services performed up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
